Our company maintains an independent laboratory dedicated to foam products, capable of performing the entire process from raw material inspection to product validation. This facility includes equipment such as moisture analyzers, viscosity meters, mechanical testing machines, and an injection molding process platform. It also enables simulation experiments of injection molding processes.

The facility operates four large-scale automated PVC foam sheet production lines and over 100 sets of supporting foaming equipment. It also houses more than 50 sets of kit processing machinery, achieving an annual production capacity of 60,000 cubic meters for PVC foam sheets and 40,000 cubic meters for kits.
