Luoyang Swainor New Materials Launches In-Depth Activities for the 2026 National "Work Safety Month"

June 2026 marks the 25th National "Work Safety Month," with the theme "Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response — Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hazards." Luoyang Swainor New Materials closely adhered to this theme and, in accordance with the company's 2026 Work Safety Month deployment, dedicated an entire month — from mobilization to practical training, from knowledge quizzes to skills competitions — to translating the word "safety" from a slogan into every process and every operation.

Work Safety Month Mobilization Meeting

NO.1 Sounding the "Assembly Call"

On June 6, the company held a mobilization conference for Work Safety Month. The main person in charge made specific deployments for safety work during the month, delivered an insightful explanation on safety from the perspectives of employees' work, life, and family, communicated the 2026 activity theme, deployed the key task of "identifying and rectifying risks and hazards," and clarified the safety production responsibilities of personnel at all levels. The mobilization meeting was not just an opening remark, but a way to place the responsibility of "everyone prioritizing safety" squarely on each individual's shoulders.

Confined Space Emergency Drill

NO.2 Small Space, High Risk

On June 17, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized key personnel for a confined space emergency drill. Aiming to "test the plan and train the team," the drill completed the full process — including formulating the work plan, safety briefing, ventilation and testing, inspection of protective equipment, reporting of emergencies, and rescue — with a strong emphasis on the nine-character hard rule: "Ventilate first, then test, then operate." During the review, it was especially stressed that in case of danger, one must never attempt blind rescue, but instead follow the plan for scientific disposal, continuous monitoring, and requesting support.

Work Safety Knowledge Quiz

NO.3 Promoting Learning Through Examination, Identifying Gaps

On June 26, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized a safety knowledge quiz for all employees. By popularizing safety knowledge and addressing "cognitive gaps," the activity used the quiz as a vehicle to achieve the transformation from "safety demanded of me" to "I want safety, I know safety, I can ensure safety."

Fire-Fighting Equipment Emergency Competition

NO.4 Testing Speed, Practicing Instinct

On June 27, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized an emergency use competition for fire hydrants and air respirators for all employees. In case of danger, employees used fire hoses to throw, connect, twist, and open; for air respirators, they completed all steps within the specified time — adjusting the back frame, opening the cylinder valve, wearing the mask, conducting a leak test, and connecting the supply valve. The competition was not about ranking, but about ensuring "steady hands when danger strikes."

Each participating team completed the required actions under a timer, with referees correcting on the spot: "Stand upwind," "Don't twist the hose," "Aim the hose nozzle at the base of the fire," and "Check the air respirator's airtightness and alarm whistle." Every detail is a life-saving detail.

Confined Space Safety Knowledge Training

NO.5 Consolidating the Gains of "Practice" into "Learning"

On June 29, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department once again organized company-wide special knowledge training on confined spaces. Reviewing the emergency drill records from June 17 and combining them with the interpretation of the "Safety Technical Regulations for Confined Space Operations" (GB 46768-2025), the training covered mandatory requirements such as work permits, gas detection, and on-site supervision. "Drills teach you how to do it; training teaches you why." — Two rounds of confined space activities in one month, one practice and one learning, formed a closed loop.

Safety is as weighty as Mount Tai, and responsibility lies in perseverance. Work safety concerns the overall development of the company and the happiness and well-being of every family. Let us take the 2026 Work Safety Month activities as an opportunity, closely focus on the theme of "Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response — Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hazards," and with a firmer attitude, a more pragmatic style, and more powerful measures, fulfill duties in full staff, control the whole process, and comprehensively rectify. Let us solidly build a strong barrier for work safety, fully protect the company's safe and stable development and employees' safe presence at work, and escort the company's high-quality development!
