01 Foam Flat Board:
Its excellent mechanical properties make it a preferred choice for non-curved surface products.
02 Perforated Plate:
Depending on the flow rate of different resins required by the customer, the hole size and hole spacing can be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the upper and lower surfaces of the core material are interconnected, guaranteeing resin flow and facilitating degassing in a vacuum environment.
03 Deep Groove Board:
By creating longitudinal and transverse grooves on the surface of the foam, and attaching a fiberglass mesh to one side to prevent it from falling off, this board ensures uniform and effective resin penetration and can be applied to various curved and non-curved surface products.
04 Hyperbolic Board:
By staggering the cutting grooves on the upper and lower surfaces of the foam, with a cutting depth of 50% of the core material thickness, it not only retains the flow guiding advantages of deep groove boards, but is also suitable for more complex curved surface processes.
05 KITS Board:
After dimensional machining and surface treatment, KITS products with different shapes and chamfers are cut using a three-axis or five-axis CNC lathe.
